Buzz on Google Buzz - Since after launch Google Buzz is in news daily, to add into latest action a complaint has been filed in San Jose federal court on Wednesday on behalf of Eva Hibnick, a Florida woman, by law firms in San Francisco and Washington, D.C. William Audet of Audet & Partners LLP in San Francisco.
Eva Hibnick alleges on behalf of all Gmail user's that Google Inc. broke the law when its controversial Google Buzz service shared personal data without the consent of users.
The legal complaint accuses Google of breaking various electronic communications laws, including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. The plaintiff is seeking injunctions to prevent the company from taking similar actions in the future, and unspecified monetary relief.

However Google has updated their view's on Google Buzz at there public policy blog Google Public Policy Blog: Using your feedback to improve Buzz
It will be worth watching to see what next Search Giant "Google" has in their arsenal to over come with such negative Buzz's.
